Refund Policy

1. International purchases
Purchases in US dollars are made with "Pay with PayPal": they are sold by DubLocal directly and are refunded through PayPal, to the PayPal account or card you paid with. Purchases with Binance Pay are refunded in USDT to the Binance account you paid from.
2. When you can ask for a refund
- You can request a refund within [7] days of purchase [owner decision D4: confirm the window], for example if Studio does not run on your computer and support could not fix it.
- When a refund is made, the days that purchase added to your license are removed. Activation codes and free trials are not refundable.
- We may refuse refunds where a license was shared, cracked or clearly abused.
- This does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
3. How to ask
Send your order number and the email of your account. Ask in our Telegram or WhatsApp support group or write to [support email, to be confirmed]. We answer within [3 business days].
4. Payments in Vietnamese dong (VND)
VietQR bank transfers made through PayOS are handled by the Vietnamese refund policy on the Vietnamese page.
