Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DubLocal ("we", "us") makes DubLocal Studio, Windows software for AI dubbing, voice-over and subtitles, and runs the website dublocal.link. DubLocal is operated by [legal name and address of the operator]. These terms apply when you create an account, use the website or install and use DubLocal Studio.

2. Your account

• You need an account with a verified email to download and use Studio.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher.

3. The Studio license

• A license gives one account the right to use Studio on one computer at a time for the period you paid for or redeemed with a code. You can move it to another computer from your account page.
• Licenses are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew by themselves.
• You may not resell, share, crack or bypass the license, or run Studio for other people as a hosted service.
• Updates are included while your license is active.

4. Your videos and what you make

• Your videos, scripts and projects stay on your computer. You keep all rights you have in them and in the dubbed videos you export.
• You must have the rights or permission to dub, translate and publish the videos you work on. DubLocal is an editing tool; it does not help you get around copyright systems such as YouTube Content ID, and we are not responsible for content you publish.
• Do not use Studio to imitate a real person's voice without their consent, to deceive people, or for anything unlawful.

5. AI models and third-party services

• Studio downloads AI models made by third parties. Some are licensed for non-commercial use only; Studio shows the licence and asks you to accept it before such a model is installed. • Translation can use your own ChatGPT account. That service's terms apply to what you send it, under your account.
• AI output can be wrong. Review translations, timing and voices before you publish.

6. Payments

Payments in US dollars are made with "Pay with PayPal": you buy from DubLocal directly and PayPal processes the payment under its own user agreement, from your PayPal account or by card where PayPal offers it. You can also pay in USDT with Binance Pay under Binance's own terms; your license starts once we confirm the payment by hand. Payments in Vietnamese dong (VND) are made by bank transfer (VietQR) through PayOS. See the Refund Policy.

7. No warranty

Studio and the website are provided "as is". We work to keep them reliable but do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or cracking a license. You can stop using DubLocal at any time and ask us to delete your account.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect.

11. Governing law
